Personal care homes are under funded.  For years there has been increasing pressure on health care facilities to control costs by becoming more efficient and by doing more with less.  As resources shrink, providers struggle to continue quality service.

Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg has always depended on a combination of sources for its funding.  Increasingly donations are an important source of funds.

The Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg Foundation supports staff education (Palliative Care and Alzheimer’s Conference), special volunteer recognition, spiritual and therapeutic programs, as well as, many renovation projects within the home.

The foundation is pledged to work with the board, the auxiliary and the staff to make things happen.

Your continuing financial support is a key part of our service to the home.
